Park Day Passes & Activity Tickets: All ticket bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased. Tickets cannot be cancelled online.
Resort Stays: Room cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in by contacting resort guest relations. A small administrative handling fee applies, subject to seasonal terms.

Upon successful payment, your digital QR e-ticket is generated instantly and delivered via SMS and email. You can also view, screenshot, or download your QR pass anytime from your User Dashboard. Present this QR code at the entry turnstile for immediate access.

Foggy Mountain is famous for its rolling highland mist and tropical weather. The park remains open during light rain and mist. In the rare event of extreme weather alerts or mandatory safety closures, guests with confirmed bookings for that date will be granted a date reschedule credit.

Outside food, alcoholic beverages, and glassware are strictly prohibited inside the park premises to maintain sanitation and safety standards. Our multi-cuisine cafeteria, hill view café, and snack pavilions offer freshly prepared hygienic meals and beverages.

Pets are welcome exclusively in designated private chalets (Pine Wood Chalets) with prior advance notification to the resort desk. For animal and visitor safety, pets are strictly not permitted inside activity zones, water pools, or rides.
